Frequently Asked Questions

Why is the cleaner I received wet? Has it been used by someone else?

The cleaner you received is brand new. Every cleaner undergoes a comprehensive factory test before shipment, during which a small amount of water may remain inside the cleaner. Please rest assured  that your cleaner is new and unused.

Why is the cleaner not achieving the desired cleaning results?

If the filter basket or sponge is clogged, the cleaner may not perform effectively. Please clean them promptly to maintain optimal performance.

Can this cleaner clean pool steps? 

Yes, the cleaner can effectively climb and clean wide steps. It is also capable of climbing over narrow steps, but it is not applicable for cleaning these narrow steps.

Why does debris leak from the cleaner after it is taken out of the pool? 

Please check if the inlet cover at the bottom of the filter basket is blocked by an object, as this can cause debris to spill out. Clean the cleaner after each use to prevent blockages in these components.

Why can't the cleaner climb the walls?

When selecting a wall-climbing cleaning mode, we recommend removing the sponge for optimal performance on pool walls. The sponge is recommended for use in floor cleaning mode.
