The hook is placed inside the machine, underneath the filter.
Just follow these steps to find it:

1.Open the top cover of the machine
2.Lift out the filter.You'll see the hook right underneath!

What kind of swimming pools is this device suitable for cleaning?

This device is designed to clean swimming pools that have flat floors and no slopes up to 850 sq.ft/80m².It performs as intended in pools made of concrete, fiberglass vinyl, mosaic tiles, glass, and other materials.

Why doesn't the device clean for the full 130 minutes?

Although the device is designed to run for up to 120 minutes, it may occasionally end its cleaning cycle early if the battery level falls below 20%. If you suspect that your device's battery isn't meeting expectations despite being fully charged before each use, please reach out to customer service for assistance.

Why isn't the device charging?

1. Firstly, make sure the device is turned off. It won't charge if it's already powered on.
2. Check if there's any debris blocking the charging port. If the charger isn't properly connected, the device won't charge.
3. Verify if the LED indicator light is illuminated. If not, please contact customer service.
